Curfew

It is unlawful for any minor under the age of sixteen to be out on the streets of the city between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

It is also unlawful for any parent or guardian to allow a minor under the age of sixteen to be out between 10:30 and 5:00. These laws do not apply if the minor is on an emergency errand or other legitimate business directed by the parent or guardian.
